I'm with you! I saw this while trying to check my e-mail and I yelled the same thing. Our justice system is a mess!

R. Kelly said he was not the man in the video. The alleged victim (as well as her mother) said she was NOT the female in the video. Also, the video seen in court was FOUR OR FIVE "generations" old.

The prosecution has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt the identity of the man in the video as well as the identity of the alleged female victim. The defense has only to establish REASONABLE doubt. In other words, the prosecution has to do most of the work. The defense's job is merely to muck up the prosecution's case - establish reasonable doubt.

The prosecution could NOT prove beyond a reasonable doubt that R. Kelly was the man in the video or that the alleged female victim was who they said she was. The defense did its job. The jury did its job. It wasn't that hard.

I don't know how it happened, I don't know how much money was spent, but all I know is the truth will come out eventually!

Honestly I thought the same thing until I sat back and thought about it. How long did it take for this thing to go to trial? And then if you blinked, you missed the trial. It became obvious to me that the prosecutions case was weak. Iono, but he better keep his hands clean hence forward...
