Many people credit Chris Brown with starting this foolishness. I blame R. Kelly. That whole masked pied piper crap from a few years ago caused all of this.
I can't help you on this one. I'm confused myself. I clutch my wallet when I see someone dressed like that.
I have not a clue as to why the bandanas have come back into the fashion mainstream, and especially in the form inwhich the men are wearing the bandanas. It is certainly sexy on R. Kelly and maybe even Chris Brown, but other men...not!
